Welcome to Stampin’ Harvest!!

Welcome to my new blog, Stampin’ Harvest! I look forward to sharing some of my inspirations here, as well as teach you new techniques and tips. I enjoy card making, traditional scrapbooking, and creating 3-D projects such as treat holders for my boys classroom, so you will see a wide variety of paper crafting ideas!

Today, I am featuring one of the hostess stamp sets from the annual catalog, Love You Lots.  This stamp set is so darn cute!! What friend wouldn’t love to get this cute little ladybug card in the mail!

stampin up, love you lots, ladybug, thank you card, layering squares framelits

I used a note card for the base. You can get a pack of 20 note cards and envelopes all for $6.00, which is a huge time saver because they come already cut and scored (item # 131527). My polka dot layer is from the Neutrals Designer Series Paper Stack and it measures 3 1/4 x 4 3/4. Next, I stamped the ladybugs and sentiment in versamark on white cardstock and used black embossing powder to give it a pop. IMG_1108

I then used my Layering Squares Framelits to give the card some dimension by popping them up with dimensionals. Last, I added some white bakers twine and tied a bow. This card would be a great one to mass produce or switch up the colors as it is quick and easy to put together.

Supplies used in todays card: Big Shot Die-cutting machine(142263), Magnetic Platform(130658), Layering Squares Framelits(141708), Love You Lots wood mount stamp(141798)/clear mount(141801), Stampin Trimmer(126889), VersaMark(102283), Black Embossing Powder, Heat Tool(129053), Real Red card stock(102482), Dimensionals(104430), SNAIL adhesive(104332), Neutrals Designer Series Stack(138435), and Whisper White solid baker’s twine(124262).
